I got home last night feeling petulant and whiny and tired but rather than just falling down I cleaned in anticipation of .. well.. of having a clean floor. Got a lot of work done relatively quickly and then realized that what I really wanted was to put my face in some pasta and not come up for air for a while. Instead I had 8pts worth with some garlic and a little bit of cheese to finish off my points for the day.
Today? Still miraculously on program. With sushi planned for dinner and enough points for it, I think. It's hard to not have enough points for sushi, that's one of the nice things about it.
I did an easy cardio day today with 38min on the elliptical rather than running. I had meant to do weights afterwards but the gym was really cold and as soon as i got off the elliptical the sweat started getting chilled and.. well.. that's no fun. So, into the shower with me.
Tomorrow it'll be a nice long run day and then Friday probably a short run, some time on the stairclimber, and then some decent weights, I've been needing it. Tomorrow's food is going to be some seriously faboo crab legs and garlic cheese biscuits with Caitlin. Mmmm. Crab legs.
The weekend should be ok, I don't expect to be 100% on-program but I haven't used a single flex point this week so I have some to spend.
Things I am: Tired. Sick. Hungry. Unmotivated (completely). Not sure why I'm still at work.
