Thanks to this I just now got into work (10:45). I left the gym at 7:30. That's 3+ hours. It's a good thing I actually GOT to go to the gym or I'd be taking my aggression out on the unsuspecting. A lot.

Another day, another run to the gym. I did another 30 minutes on the elliptical. It was harder than yesterday and significantly harder than when I was going to the other gym.. but I feel really good about it and (and this is gross) the feeling of a good honest sweat is a nice thing. I almost like seeing the dark patches on the backs of my bike shorts. And I certainly liked seeing the scale down this morning. Tomorrow is a non-gym day but Cait what would you say to some extended walking in the park? Sunday, gym. They're open from 8 to 3 and I'd really like to make it for some of that. If not, videos.

Yesterday my eating was spot on. I ate to my target points, didn't spend any of my Activity or Flex points. We'll see if I can do the same today. I've got a good start and a good lunch in the car. No plan for dinner.. but I think.. yes.. I think Subway. Plenty of bulk, and I'll have the points for it and a s'more later (3.5 each) after I get the tent set up.

I'm.. uh.. Last week I sent a bunch of my favorite WW links to someone and before that I sent a bunch of my favorite fitness links to someone else.. I'm thinking of combining them all into one entry later on so I'll always have a reference for it. If you want to be filtered out of it, let me know. Also, Berreh, I'm going to be doing the belly dancing tapes later this weekend (it was you who I was talking to about that, wasn't it?) .. if anyone else wants a copy, let me know.

Also, I'm... I'm thinking of doing a sprint triathlon. None of that ironman shit.. just one of the sprint length ones. I think I might be able to borrow a bike somewhere and I've been needing a new swimsuit anyway. I'm thinking about it. I saw an ad on TV in the gym for the EcoChallenge (a personal obsession) and then there were Danskin Women's Triathlon ads all over my magazine. I think it's a sign.

I'm feeling better.. just in the time it took to write this.. but I'm still edgy and tense and I'm sorry that in addition to all the hassle this morning, two people lost their lives.

The funeral thing is still pissing me off. "Living legend" my fat white ass. But I won't really get into that. It should suffice to say that I am jealous of the federal workers and that my mother and I agreed this morning that the only good thing he did for her was done posthumously.

Tonight: pizza and baseball.

Saturday: working on the closet, my resume, and more baseball.

Sunday: *deep breath for courage* meeting and greeting, networking and glad-handing at Book Expo Toronto. Eeep.

we might have a bike that you could borrow.
As long as you don't want to "win" we wouldn't have any road frames that would fit you.

That would be very cool. I'm not wanting to win. As with all my races I only want to finish upright. Let me figure out the schedule and we'll revisit the issue. :)
