Whole lotta labia.
[how ya feelin'? |highly amused]

From a website describing the milestones of the second trimester: Quickening is defined as the first time you feel your baby move. This is a long anticipated event in every pregnancy.

Of course, in my world, it's accompanied by all of the lights bursting, all of my papers being blown around, lightning storms, and a sountrack by Queen.

It's nice in my world. All of the voiceovers are done by Sean Connery and Clancy Brown wears leather pants.

In more universally-applicable news: Dear Heroes, Please continue to rock like a big rocking thing and I will continue to get up at a gross hour of Tuesday mornings to watch you on the NBC website. Deal?

That hat? Pimp-tastic.

I'll tell you that since I posted I've been sitting over here wondering which icon you'd use. I was like.. "ok.. even money on the kelp-Lambert one or the pimptastic hat but there's still a chance of the Kurgan-bunnies."

You never let me down. :)

You know I'm always happy to oblige. :D

I can't find the Kurgan bunny icon, woe. I don't know what happened to it. ;__; It's got to be on one of my backups somewhere.

And I'm still waiting for the opportunity to upload this one.

Best. Icon. Ever.

I think I might still have the screencaps for the Kurgan bunny if you don't ever find it.

I realized last night that between my weird pop culture references and Steve's, this kid really has no chance of ever having a normal childhood. It's basically going to grow up to be the Dennis Miller of fantasy/sci-fi/history. No one's going to want to talk to him/her because they won't understand what the fuck it's saying.

My work here is done.

It's not even passed the embryo stage yet and you've already thwarted any chance of future involvement with the opposite sex.

Well done. \o/

The website might have old back episodes up for viewing, but I think they took the first few down when they started back up again last week. :(

I get the feeling it's about to get even more awesome and I just can't imagine how. The cast is amazing, they're wonderful together, the story arc is well-written, and there's just enough heart and humor to keep it totally endearing. *happy*

best line from Monday's episode: subtitle: "GULP." i was totally cracking up over that!!! Hiro is my favourite character i think. though Invisible Man is the most intriguing right now.

i also love the little boy playing Micah. he's adorably cute, but not in that "my only talent is being so adorably cute" way that TV kids sometimes get. he's just got this impishly intelligent gleam about him.

Wait... you're pregnant? zOMG!!! Congrats!!!! (Note: I was going to congratulate you on your new blastocyst but I figure that would be inappropriate as your fetus is most likely out of that state)

I told Sean when I found out that you're gonna be one of those cool hang-out type moms that every kid on the block loves, congrats babe!!!!

Seriously, Ricky, "zOMG!!!" was exactly my reaction, too. :)

We're past blastocyst and at the fetus stage now, today marks 14 weeks. I'm supposed to be getting my energy back and instead I'm turning into a 4pm narcoleptic. *sigh*

I told Sean when I found out that you're gonna be one of those cool hang-out type moms that every kid on the block loves, congrats babe!!!!

Thank you! And, ooh I hope so. I'm not going to try to be the "cool mom" because trying only makes you overdo it, but if I end up that way I'll be tickled pink. One thing I'll do for sure though? Two of each action figure. One to play with, one to keep mint-in-box.

"But mommy, why can't I play with it?"

"Because it's your college fund, goddammit!"
