Whole lotta labia.

This one's for those of you on my flist doing weight loss of one kind or another. Prompted by some conversations with friends I want to ask a question:

Now that you are successfully losing weight, no matter how, what do you find you've replaced eating with? Seriously. Clearly we're all replacing our overeating or binges with something at least some of the time (even those medically incapable of overeating anymore still think about it). Are you overspending? Are you overexercising? Are you overcleaning? Are you still bingeing but now you're purging too? Are you obsessed with thinking about what you're eating but now it's all healthy food? What are you obsessing about now? Or are you one of those very few who has actually developed a healthy reaction? (be honest!) Do you think your current obsession is less destructive for you than your food obsession?

I'm turning off IP logging so you can feel free to be anonymous if you want. Hopefully I'll get some insight into real world results and maybe you'll get some insight into your own brain and how healthy you're really becoming.

Cee, thank you for that. I'm going to make a very very wee filter for further thoughts I have on this subject. I may put you on it. You tell me if you want off. And at some point, there should be further hugs.
