I haven't seen the software, but it's by Deltek. After spending months implementing one of their other products "Vision" these are the things you might want to watch out for.
- You might need a consultant to help you set it up properly. It may take a long time and a lot of effort, but without doing that, the software isn't worth the money.
- You may have to have a screaming match with a tech support manager before they start being responsive.

I have nightmares about this happening at our software company. Mostly because I sit very close to the tech department and hear what they go through on an hourly basis. Then go home and rock silently in the corner until the rum makes me pass out.
