Whole lotta labia.
I know, I'm posty posty today but.. it's just one head-desk after another. I'm rethinking my plan to put TBD in a community-run school here in town for her preschool. I should be more open-minded, I know. Especially with my personal punctuation issues, but this morning they announced a meeting of their "fiancial committee" and I just don't think I can do it. This is the third email that's gone out from someone with that in the subject or body. Not the third reply-all, the third original email.

I just don't think I can let her be schooled by people to lazy to spell check the word "financial."

I'm guessing the people writing the memos are not the people teaching the children. The people teaching the children are probably just as disturbed as you are.

Um.. nope. One of the emails was *from* the school organizer. The rest of the parents work in conjunction as "co-facilitators" and are occasionally responsible for the instruction. I know that this will probably not have any bearing on her since hopefully the reading and writing stuff will start at home, where we use spell check, but the more I hear from them the more disillusioned I become. The school in Frederick continues to amaze and delight me, however.

How are you?

Yep, that's a bad one. Of course, they won't have her long enough to teach her spelling beyond perhaps "C-A-T," and I am confident they can handle that bit.
